- Empires get a number of points for the size of their Empire. This is based on the number of Empires in play (reversed rank). The largest gains 3 additional Victory points, the next 2 VP, then 1 VP, the rest based on reversed rank.
(eg. With 5 Empires in the event, the points to be earned are 8, 6, 4, 2, 1)
- The Empire sporting the longest road gains 3 additional Victory points
- Villages are worth 1 Victory point
- Towns are worth 2 Victory points
- Your Capital is worth 3 Victory points, Each expansion upgrade increases the VP value of your Capital by 1 point
- Control over all 3 areas of Starstone Fall at the end of the event is worth 5 Victory points.

In the (unlikely) case of a tie, we will look at the aggregate results of games between the tying Empires.

Terminology
Realm Map - a total overview of the focus of the event. It will not necessarily show all the details, but will give a fair indication of what the resources held by the empires look like. Orders - you will need to tell us of Da Big Plan. Each order segment you fill in the order sheet for all players in your empire. Ops will then determine battles to be fought. The where and what of orders is specified below. Resources - the bits we will be fighting over. This will include basic stuff like wood and food, but also villages and other more special locations. These are explained at large below.

Battle segment - a 1 hour period during which battles are fought. Depending on the scale of the engagement there may be 1 or 2 BS in a Battle. Order segment - we will roughly alternate Battle and Order segments. An Order segments takes half an hour. 15 minutes in we will need to have FILLED OUT Order-sheet to process. Anyone not delivering in time will be considered on default orders !! Major engagement - Some orders can result in Major Engagements, these will be fought between larger armies over a period of 2 Battle Segments Minor engagement - Some orders will result in Minor Engagments/Skirmishes, these will be fought between smaller forces, using the Border Patrol Rules from White Dwarf and scenarios as published on the EuroGT Website. These battle will only last 1 Battle Segment.

Empire - or team. A group of players that are bound by the same target, gaining control over as much resources as they can. Army - that part of the army-list that you have available to fight a battle with. When assigning you to a battle OPS will inform you what part of your army can be used, and what room you have to expand with the help of allied or mercenary Banners. Banner - a pre-determined part of a WHFB army list that may or may not be able to fight alongside your army. Also, in some situations, you might be able to hire a mercenary banner to fight in your army. Banners also play a part when you want to perform activities during a Phase.

Activity - any player not aiming to fight a major battle, will be able to specify to the Marshall what activities he wants to perform during a segment. These could include such things as: - Scouting. Gathering data on your enemies to figure who to attack. - Trading. This will allow all sorts of bartering, buying minor magicks, striking deals with Mercenaries etc. - Investigate the local rumours of a treasure site. A contingent of your troops could conceivable enter those dungeons and re-appear with heaps of treasure, or maybe not at all. Remember that these are just examples that may, or may not be used at the event. Obviously, the one activity that will most certainly be used is the option to send a banner to help a team-mate. Ops - or Operations will be the event management. They will (try and) keep track of everything going on, register the results and in general take all the tricky decisions that need to be made. So, yes, they will have the final say in case of any event related argument Marshall - the hands, feet, eyes and mouthpieces of Ops. These guys will be directing you to your tables, provide you mercenary services, help out with exploration outings, in all, they will try to rid you of as much money as they can. Seriously, this kind of event needs these dedicated gamers to pull it of and allow all of us a good time.
