This is a European Get Together for the listees of one the three highly appreaciated mailinglists, the Direwolf mailing list for Warhammer Fantasy Battles Fanatics. This, and the fact that there is only limited space (the maximum is 40 players), will mean that you have to be a member of this mailinglist (or at least of the Mordehim or Warmaster mailinglists) to be able to join in this event.

 
For now, there is no possabilitie to registrate yourself via this website. The best thing you can do is to join up with the EuroGT mailinglist, and post a mail that you're willing to take part in the event, and we'll do our best to accomodate you.

Friday 13 October 2000
The international players that arrive on Friday will meet some of their local opponents at the 110 year old Tourney Center (Siamak's office). This location will be manned from early in the morning (from 09:00 hrs, for the really, really early birds). The event will be opened officially here (at a non-planned time).

 
Four playing tables are set up for some pick up battles, and we'll try and provide you with your catering needs, during the games and discussions that will take place over there. There is room and tools for your last minute painting jobs, to get your army done for the actual tourney begins.

 
Some of the locals will come and visit their international partners (this is a team event), so there is a chance to meat and greet with your team for the coming two days. The OPS and marshals will get their final briefing on the ongoings of the new and improved Empire Team Rules.

 
For the people who reserved a room at the Hotel Isenburg (Hotel Garni), please check in after coming to the Tourney Center. The Hotel is located approximately 3 minutes away by car, or 10-15 minutes by foot. Bear in mind, to keep the prices as low as possible (we know where you spend your money on :), that the Hotel is not the 4 star quality you have grown custom to at the first EuroGT.

 
If you have any question on the event, or anything related (hotel, locations, times, local restaurants, whatever) you can ask away overhere at the TC.

09:30 Start of the Tourney at the Festsaal of the Höhere Lehranstalt für Forstwirtschaf
Yes, this early we need to start things off to get you all the most amount of playing pleasure! Don't worry if you do not understand the location's naming. We will make sure all international players will arrive, by bringing them ourselves :).

 
Before the Tourney will start, there will be an explanation round, where we will tell you how the tourney should work, if anything seems unclear, please ask. As local players have work/school/other obligations, bear in mind that these might join the event later during the afternoon.

 
There is no planned lunchbreak, but sandwiches and fast-food as well as some liquid will be tried to be catered for. Drinks are available.

 
19:00 End of Day 1
At this time, the first day of the tourney has ended. But for the really fanatic players, don't worry, there will be plenty of time and possibilities to play some sets of pick up games.

 
20:00 Dinner at the local wine-tavern Heuriger
This is where the organization has reserved spaces for all the players willing to join us for a meal. Please note, that this meal is not included with your Entrance Fee. You'll have to pay for yourself.

09:30 Start of Day 2 at the Festsaal of the Höhere Lehranstalt für Forstwirtschaf
The rest of the event will be played out on this Sunday. Again there is no planned lunchbreak, but the Empire Teams event is set up that there is enough leverage for everybody to obtain lunch at their own time.

 
16:00 Price Ceremony
At this point the tourney has ended, and all the calculations will be made that will point to the winning team. After the festivities everybody is free to leave for their homes, or hang around and discuss what an excellent event this was for a while.
