All our anticipations have come true! A new legacy has been created! Between the snowtipped mountains of beautifull Bad Vöslau, Austria, a local school was transformed into a bloody field where Warhammer generals fought they gory battles! Several listees from all over joined up in Sia's Mansion the Friday before, and were battling either together or against each other with a large section of eager Austrian Locals, ready to prove their craftmanships...

 
All compliments must go out to the SCA, the Austrian club of wargamers where several listees reside, and who were responsible of organising this excellent weekend. From the arrival through the departure they organised everything to make everybody feel welcome, and made sure that this edition of the EuroGT had this great feeling of friendship. Kudo's to you folk!

 
As the atmosphere was excellent, the gaming on the tables was lifted to a higher level thanks to the now proven way of the EuroGT Empire Temas Tourney. Players were not just playing a series of battles on the tablles, they were taking part in a higher scheme, the tactical on which was played on the worldmap. Provinces were badly fought, while other locations were undefended due to the plans which the generals had to make every turn. Alliances between teams were forged and broken, there was politics, there was ganging up, there were allies turning to the other sides... There were two days were people thought as Generals, in stead of their normal worldy conserns!

 
We can't thank the people responsible enough for this excellent weekend! Especially folks like Sia and Gerald, the brains and muscless behind the 2nd edition of the EuroGT.
